Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
"Agent" means the organisation from whom you have purchased this Ticket. "Us" and "Our" shall be read accordingly.
"Event" means the gin festival to be held in Arrowtown, New Zealand, for which you have bought this Ticket.
"Terms" means these terms and conditions.
"Ticket" means any ticket or wristband (as applicable) for you to attend the Event.
"Venue" means the location in Arrowtown, New Zealand, where the Event is held.
"We" means [NZ International Gin Fest Limited] and "Us" and "Our" shall be read accordingly.
"You" means you as the holder of this Ticket and "Your" shall be read accordingly.
2. Event Details
To take place at Butler Green, Arrowtown, New Zealand on Saturday 1 February 2025.
3. Ticket Purchase
Tickets for the Gin Fest can only be purchased through our official website.
Please be aware of any ticket scams, we do not take any liability for ticket scams and our website is the only official channel.
4. Ticket Terms
Your possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Age Restrictions
Attendees must be aged 18 years or older to attend the Gin Fest.
6. Access Requirements
Please contact us in advance if you have specific access requirements related to the Event.
7. Ticket Validity and Refunds
We reserve the right to make alterations to the event lineup or schedule. Artists and stallholders are subject to change.
We will refund or exchange tickets only in the event of cancellation.
8. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the Event is canceled refunds will be processed within 60 days from the announcement.
If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events must be claimed before the original event date.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property.
Personal arrangements (travel, accommodation, etc.) are at your own risk.
10. Prohibited Activities and Items
Prohibited items include but are not limited to animals (except assistance dogs), pyrotechnics, illegal substances, and glass containers.
You must comply with venue rules and instructions from event staff and security.
11. Photography and Recording
Photography and recording for personal use are permitted. Commercial use requires prior permission and payment of a licence fee.
12. Consent to Use of Image
By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials and media coverage.
13. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person behaving inappropriately or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
No refunds will be given for ejection due to breach of conduct.
14. Health and Safety
Attendees are advised to adhere to all health and safety protocols as advised by health authorities or event organisers.
15. Environmental Sustainability
We are committed to environmental sustainability. Attendees are encouraged to minimise waste and use recycling & compostable facilities provided.
16. Parking and Transportation
Limited parking is available onsite or nearby. Consider carpooling or using public transport where possible.
17. Lost and Found
Lost and found items can be reported and collected at the entry gate during the Event.
18. Local Community Considerations
Please respect local residents and businesses when attending the Event, including observing noise levels and waste disposal.
19. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
