Stallholder Application Form 2027

Gin Fest 2027 - Our 5th birthday and we are planning our biggest celebration yet. A larger site, all types of spirits are allowed and some iconic kiwi headline acts.

If you’re interested in participating, please complete the stallholder application form by 14th of May.

Event Details for 2027:

• Date: Saturday, 6th February 2027

• Location: Arrowtown, (TBC)

• Time: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

• Stalls: Limited to 15 distilleries

• Site Changes: Larger site with capacity for 2000 - 2500

• Any Spirit based cocktail and bottle sales are allowed.

Sales: On-site and off-site licence sales

Registration Fee Includes

• 1 x EFTPOS terminal for on-site sales + cash float

• 3x3m or 3x6m marquee with installation

• Fascia signage

• 1 x trestle table

• 5 x complimentary boxes of mixers

• Ice bank (18 bags per vendor)

• Waste management

• Security

• Marketing

Important Information

Please note this application is for consideration only.

Successful applicants will be notified mid-May. A 50% deposit invoice will be issued upon acceptance. Your site is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.
